If you are shipping to or ordering from outside of Canada, the customer will be responsible for paying any and all local taxes, duties and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package. Yes, you are able to return your product if unopened and unused within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Please email customerservice@omorfiiaskin.com so we can email you an authorized return number.
We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions have been met. Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original white cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened. Make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the product from being damaged while in transit.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered by OMORFIIA.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country by air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Canada.
Once you place your order, it will take 1-2 business days to process. All orders ship Monday to Friday. You will receive a notification email once the order is placed.

You can amend your order as much as you like before you click ‘Confirm & Pay’, but after this point, you will be unable to make any changes or amendments to your order, as we will already have started processing and preparing your order for delivery.
Once your order is being processed, there is nothing we can do to amend the items or the shipping address which was provided. If you have entered the incorrect address, you will need to get in contact with the residence of the address you had originally provided us with, as they will be the ones to receive your package. If this address does not exist, it will simply make it's way back to our location, upon which receiving, we can then redirect your parcel to your correct address.
We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. OMORFIIA also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
