HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, it will take 1-2 business days to process. All orders ship Monday to Friday.You will receive a notification email with a link to tracking information when your package ships. See above for transit time.
DO YOU INCLUDE INVOICE SLIPS?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Domestic packages are shipped via Canada Post.
International packages are shipped via DHL Parcel International. Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered by OMORFIIA.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country by air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Canada.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Yes, you are able to return your product if unopened and unused within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Please email customerservice@omorfiiaskin.c
We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions have been met. Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original white cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened. Make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the product from being damaged while in transit.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. We apologize - you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.
